POSTPONED DATE TBA....Now through April 15th:  American Legion Auxiliary Silent Auction  ​This Silent Auction fundraiser uses the paintings that were hand painted during the Paint n Sips at the Post. Enter your bid in the notebook provided and be sure and check back often! Small paintings have a $3.00 minimum bid; the large paintings, a $5.00 minimum bid. You may bid at the Legion from now through April 15th, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Winners will be notified April 16th. **All proceeds go to help Veterans, children and the community.

POSTPONED DATE TBA...March 21st & March 22nd: The WHS Theatre Department will be presenting its All School Play on March 21st at 7:00 PM and March 22nd at 2:00 PM. You can purchase your tickets in advance at the school or from any theatre student. You may also call Nikki Taulman at 660-351-4652 if you need help getting tickets. $3 adults, $2 high school students, $2 elementary students. Under 5 are free. Tickets will also be sold at the door.  This year there will be the opportunity to purchase swag (t-shirts and logo cups), and small “Bravo” gifts to present to cast and crew for a job well done.

May 2nd:  Benefit Fish Fry for Camp Valor Outdoors.  4:00 PM-7:00 PM American Legion Post 82 along with the Windsor Masonic Lodge is proud to provide this benefit Fish Fry ( there will be chicken too for you non fish eaters) for Camp Valor Outdoors. Come out and donate and enjoy a great fish or chicken dinner. This will be a free will donation event open to all. Camp Valor Outdoors is a 501C3 organization that provides guided outdoor adventures for sick, ill, or injured warriors from ALL war eras free of charge. This organization is run 100% by volunteers with a mission to eliminate Veteran suicides. They have helped 100’s of Warriors from all over the U. S. With the recent addition of their Veterans Village initiative they are addressing Veteran homelessness too! Won’t you take some time to have a great meal and help a outstanding organization too? Can’t make it to the dinner? You can still help by sending a donation check to:

June 22nd:  Katy Trail 2020 Bicycle Ride begins. The bicyclists should go through Windsor between 7:00 AM and 11:30 AM. 

June 27th and 28th:  The 3rd Annual Ride the Rock bike ride is sponsored again by the Windsor Oddfellow's Lodge #187 to celebrate 152 years in Windsor.  As you leave Pleasant Hill, MO you will be riding down the right of way of the former Rock Island Railroad. You will visit the communities of Medford, Chilhowee, and Leeton before ending 47 miles later in Windsor. Riders will have free camping with showers available. Also food vendors, beer sales, entertainment, and other activities will be available for riders and the public at Windsor's Farrington Park. The park is located directly next to the trail and has a beautiful lake built by the Rock Island Railroad to get water for stream locomotives. Click here for a link with details about sign up.
